So . . . I’ve been gone for a hot minute. Admittedly, with some life changes, I got overwhelmed and stopped blogging, despite my love for the WordPress community. But, I’m back, and I’m excited to start blogging again and interacting with other bloggers.
I come from a lineage of hard hands, calloused from sharecropping, wood chopping, and moving steel billets into hellish furnaces. But my hands are soft.
In honor of the upcoming new year, I wanted to share some lessons and advice that I learned during 2014. Some of these nuggets of wisdom I learned first-hand (a.k.a. “the hard way”), and some I learned from others. Enjoy! 1. Hornets won’t sting you if you show no fear and “look them in the eye.”
