For those who are healthy, it can be difficult to know what to do when friends and loved ones get sick. You really shouldn’t be around them, because then you risk catching the illness. But you still want to do something for them. So, here are some tips for those of you are still healthy (cue my jealousy) and want to help.
Happy late Valentine’s Day, everyone! Maybe some of you are sad that the holiday is over, and maybe some of you are a bit bummed that it’s done. Grief is a strange creature. It rears its head when you least expect it, and it hangs around in ways that you could never have imagined. Its appearances can be logical, but they don’t always have to be. Sometimes grief only pokes its head out to greet you, and then other times it feels like its lying on your chest trying to smother you.
