Picture Post

I’ll admit it.  I’ve been feeling quite overwhelmed lately.  Therefore, this post is filled with pictures that I feel are calming and/or happy.  Maybe they can brighten your day too.  🙂

Usually, quail are in a perpetual state of panic. You would be too if everyone and everything wanted to eat you. Therefore, seeing a calm quail reminds me that there will be a chance to take a breath and relax.

I look at this little fluff ball of a dog and I can't help but smile. I mean look at that pompadour!

I just like this picture. Perhaps there's an implication of a new perspective in it.

This man plants these flowers every spring. I don't know why, but they make me happy. It just goes to show you that you never know how you may touch another person's life.

  1. Well they certainly worked to relax me. A fine set of pictures, the one of the 5 goslings flanked by Momma and Poppa kinda blew me away. Talk about your built-in sense of safety. Thank-you very much.

  2. Thank you very much for reading my post and for your kind words. That shot with the goslings didn’t last very long, but when I saw that, I went, “Oh my gosh. Camera! Camera!” When those moments happen, they’re such a pleasure to photograph.
